The Tigers are focused on being a two-back run/play-action pass team that puts constant pressure on defenses by running offense at a two-minute pace while using misdirection in the run/pass game. There is returning senior leadership on this team that will be beneficial throughout the season. At quarterback, Colton Laughlin (6-3, 200, Sr.) will be relied upon to lead. Wide receiver Fisher Webb (5-10, 150, Sr.) will provide a solid target for Laughlin down the field, as will Layton Ketchum (6-1, 190, Sr.). In the run game, look for B’Nard Bailey (5-10, 185, Sr.) to carry the load on the ground. Snapping the ball at center will be Pacen Jenkins (6-0, 220, Sr.), with guard JT Shrum (6-0, 230, Sr.) being an asset on the offensive line as well.

Expect relentless pursuit to the ball with gap-sound techniques from this 3-4 defense. Corbin McGill (6-0, 240, Jr.) will help anchor the D-line, while B’Nard Bailey covers the end. Daelin Stacy (6-2, 205, Sr.) and Elijah Bernal (5-8, 180, Jr.) will be key defensive players at linebacker. Look for Fisher Webb and Colton Laughlin to see action on this side of the ball in the secondary, with Webb at cornerback and Laughlin at free safety. “Our goal is to outwork our opponent week-in and week-out,” said head coach Sam Powers. “We have the talent and potential to be one of the top teams in the district.”
