Chickasha’s Brennan Wyatt: Athlete Spotlight Presented By Bank of Commerce

Chickasha senior Brennan Wyatt looks back at his final football season in high school as one of his finest. “We shocked a lot of people that had doubts about us and we made it to the playoffs and now leaving the program this senior group has left it in an amazing place to continue from,” said Brennan.
Brennan started playing football in the seventh grade, finally getting to play a sport he had always wanted to compete in. “Knowing I’ve played my last guaranteed game and have no clue if I will play another game,” Brennan said is one of the more challenging parts of football for him thus far. Staying motivated through all of that can be difficult, but Brennan keeps a good outlook on his role for the team. “I strive to be better each day and lead by example for younger teammates so they know what it takes to get the job done,” said Brennan.
Football has helped Brennan get better at managing his time and also making his determination that much stronger. “It helped me become a more determined man to finish any task given to me,” Brennan said. “My favorite part of football is being with my teammates and making many memories.”
After graduation Brennan plans on attending Southwestern Oklahoma State University with the hopes of entering into the field of sports medicine and becoming a trainer.
